How We Hire
Applying to jobs can be stressful. It’s just as important for you to get to know us as it is for us to learn more about you throughout the process. Here’s what you can expect when you apply for a job at GameChanger.
1. Application Review
We’ll review your application to confirm your skills and experience match those required for the position. We’ll also read your response to “why do you want to join GameChanger?” to ensure you’re aligned with our mission and product.
4. Assessment
Depending on the role, we may request you complete a small assessment to demonstrate your skills.
2. Initial Conversation
A 30-minute phone call with our talent acquisition team. We’ll discuss your experience and what parts of the job are most exciting to you.
5. Meet the Team
Meet current members of the GameChanger team and better understand the work you’ll be involved in through a series of meetings that may total between 3-5 hours on the same day or split across multiple days.
3. Meet the Hiring Manager
Learn more about what the role entails and what working on the team is like during a 30-minute video call with the hiring manager.
6. Final Steps
If the team feels you would be a great fit, we will extend you a competitive offer. If we feel that this role is not the best fit, we’ll add you to our talent community and reach out if we have any openings that might be a better fit.
